    • データベース構築・管理(特にmySQL系)
    • インフラ構築(セキュリティ関連・データストレージ管理運用含む)
  • 実装能力
    • 言語:Pyhton(必須)、Java, 、Javascript
    • AWSについては下記を活用した実装経験
      • ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda
  • 下記のpersonalityを有すること
    • 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力が高いこと(ネイティブもしくは日本語能力検定N1を有すること)
    • 要件定義の理解と管理、リスク管理、計画の立案とスケジュール管理に対する能力が高いこと
    • マルチタスクが得意なこと(突発的な出来事にも対応可能であること)
    • 新しい技術に対して理解して取り込む意欲が高いこと(得意分野以外の領域にもチャレンジできること)

Required Skills and Experience:

Candidates must have hands-on experience and proficiency in using AWS for the following:

  • Front-end development
  • Back-end development
  • Server application development
  • Database design and management (especially MySQL-based systems)
  • Infrastructure design, including security configuration and data storage management
  • Strong implementation and coding skills

Programming Languages:

  • Python (required)
  • Java
  • JavaScript

AWS Services (required experience):

  • ECS
  • S3
  • RDS
  • Lambda

Required Personal Qualities:

  • Strong communication skills in Japanese, equivalent to native level or JLPT N1
  • Excellent ability to understand and manage requirements, handle risk management, and plan and control project schedules
  • Skilled at multitasking and able to respond effectively to unexpected requests
  • Highly motivated to learn and adopt new technologies
  • Willing to take on challenges beyond one’s area of expertise

Interview Process

It will approximately take about 1-1.5 months to complete the entire interview process. We currently conduct interviews online, and they are typically structured as below. Please note the process might vary depending on the position you are being considered for.
